What do I get?
When you sign up for a plan, you'll get a technician visiting
your business once a month to ensure that your computers
are maintained and in good working order. Having monthly
maintenance ensures that your computers will always be
running at their full potential and many potential problems
are identified soon and taken care of before they can
cause damage to your business. You also get remote
support. Just pick up the phone and give us a call. We will
then connect to your computer and solve your problem or
walk you through anything should you require assistance.

handled by a professionally trained technician. We never
outsource calls overseas, so you can be sure to get
excellent call clarity and professional communication that
you can understand.

Customizable Plans: If you would like more of less remote
support hours or more or less computers supported you
may request a customized plan. Give us a call if you have

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How are payments made?
When you sign up for a computer support plan, we will
create a Computer Doctors account for you. You can login
to this account to view your monthly invoices and make
payments online through our secure server. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amex credit cards,
and PayPal. You may also pay in person with a check or
with your credit card over the phone. All payments are due
by the 15th day of the month.
2. This seems cheap, are there any extra fees?
A $10-25 travel fee will be applied each month if your office
is located further than 20 miles from our office. Plan pricing
covers monthly maintenance and allotted amount of remote
support time. Extra support hours may be purchased at $25
per hour. Extra computer service that is not covered by
maintenance will be billed at $60 per hour.
3. What time is remote support available?
Remote support is available from 9am to 8pm Monday
through Sunday. Remote support outside of this time frame
is available for $45 per hour.
