A technician will:

Connect cable connections between modem, router, and
computer.
Configure wireless network encryption and network
password.
Establish internet connection sharing of networked PCs.
Establish folder and printer sharing of networked devices.

Add additional device to the network
Add another device like a PC or printer onto an existing
network.

A technician will:

Connect any required cables.
Configure computers to communicate with the added device.
Hardware and cables are not included.

Network Diagnostic and Troubleshooting

Is something causing your networking to not function
properly? We'll help you get your network running at
maximum speed.

A technician will:

Diagnose the network to determine what is causing the
problem.
Attempt to troubleshoot the problem if no additional
hardware or software is required.

Wireless Essential Security Setup

Many wireless networks are running insecurely. This means
they are not password protected or encrypted and anybody
can login to your network. Insecure networks are at risk of
slowdowns and data theft.

A technician will:

Enable wireless protection and encryption on the network.
Configure computers to access the network.
Teach you how to securely login new computers to the
network.
Advise on additional security services.
