Terms of Service  

On-Site Authorization

During any on-site service, an adult at least 18 years of
age must be present during the entire time that services
are being provided. If a technician arrives and there is no
adult present, the service will be terminated and a $20
cancellation fee will be assessed.

Customer Responsibility

If you don't want us to backup your data, Computer Doctors
will not be responsible in any way for data loss, change, or
corruption. If we don't backup your data, our success rate
without harming your data is 98%. Please tell us to backup
your data if your data is so crucial and if you do not want
data loss for sure. Then, we will back up your data first,
special terms are applied.

Please be sure that your site contains adequate power for
all devices.

Computer Doctors does not provide any hardware or
software to be used in an installation. Any hardware
devices, components, peripherals, cables, or software must
be provided by you. Free software can be provided with no
additional charge.

It is your responsibility to provide a safe working
environment to the technician. Please be sure any pets are
kept in safe location.

Networking Terms

All computers and/or peripherals must be in good working
order.

Broadband internet service must be installed and in
working order, if any internet access is desired, prior to a
technician setting up your network.

Service Guarantee

No Fix - No Charge

If Computer Doctors is unable to perform your selected
service, you will be refunded for that service. Qualification
for refund is determined by the technician. The refund does
not include the trip fee. The trip fee is non-refundable.

Workmanship Warranty

Computer Doctors warranties its workmanship for a period
of 10 days after the service is performed. If you have a
problem related to the performed service, please call (909)
991-7709, and we will work to remedy your problem quickly
and at no cost to you. Computer Doctors is not responsible
for issues caused by changed settings, software upgrades,
ISP internet connection, viruses and spyware, or relocation
of hardware.

Terms of Service for Remote Support    

Remote support requires that your computer is able to
access the internet and run internet explorer.

Per incident calls are for a single service call.

Per incident calls will be charged the normal hourly rate if
the call exceeds one hour.

Instant support is not guaranteed.

Technicians may ask the caller if they can call back within
three hours.

Call back time usually does not exceed one hour.

Remote support is not available during most national
holidays.
